Round 1 - Case study followed by an interview with a PM
Round 2 - Round with Director of Product/Reporting Manager
Round 3 - Round with VP, Business (Ex-Director of Product)
Round 4 - CEO round
Case study followed by an interview with a PM - The time given to solve the case study was 1 hour. The case study was to launch an on-demand service for hiring cooks, maid, plumbers, etc. It tested me on Guesstimate, UX, Business. It was followed by an interview with the PM who asked me questions from my resume and discussed the case study.
Round with Director of Product/Reporting Manager - This was a good 1.5 hr round. I was asked questions about my work experience, leadership experience, product knowledge, etc.
Round with VP, Business (Ex-Director of Product) - This was a good stress test. I was given a case study - How will you launch a car rental service in India? The time given was 1 hour, which was followed by very tough questions on UX and Business. The whole round lasted for about 2 hours.
CEO round - Lots of behavioural questions like tell me about yourself, when was the last time you lied, etc.. I was also asked to tell a joke which I did. This was a fitment check and an informal sort of round. They might not show it but they take this round very seriously. Later, I was told that people have been rejected in this round as well.
